This is probably the best hotel in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. It seems that the type of customers who attracted to this location are quiet, courteous, and more or less focused on whatever reason they are visiting the area for. The area itself is very busy, and is clearly a commercial hub of the greater area. The surrounding regions are open and beautiful. This is a great place to stay either if you're on the way somewhere else, or if you're in the location for whatever reason there is to be there.

The breakfast offered a lot of variety compared to most hotels nowadays. They even have a conveyer belt pancake maker, which was interesting. The pancakes unfortunately weren’t that great, though. The beds were quite comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again!

The front desk staff during check-in and check-out were fabulous. They could not have been more friendly!! The room was quite nice. The breakfast was delicious. All of this made my overnight stay welcoming, which was important to me considering I was in town for a family funeral. Keep up the excellent work!

I was able to have a ground floor room and allowed to bring my racing bicycle, worth several thousand dollars, into my room. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd been traveling for approximately 10 days, staying in various hotel/motels. This was the best experience and facility of the trip.

The staff was exceptional, as was the facility itself. It was so clean ! The water pressure in the shower was great ! The food was really good ! Even the other guests were friendly! This is a first time stay at a HIE. I will definitely look into this chain again when traveling. Thank you !
